I work as an intuitive chef specialising in utterly delicious high vibrational plant-based food. As a qualified integrative holistic health coach, I combine my skills with food and knowledge of health and wellness in using food as medicine.

My food has boundaries on retreats. Why? Because it allows you to go into the process. Retreats are a space that allows you to do the work. Your inner child might want to kick against the process and get your way. It’s not always easy. Resistance will happen. But boundaries keep us safe. The food is high vibrational and will support the body into a deep reset to allow healing to happen both on a physical and emotional level if you step into it. Surrender to win. It’s ok to try something new, something different, and to eat more plants. They hold ancient wisdom. Just like your body.

For me success is in doing more than just feeding my clients, it comes from nourishing their souls, offering them a sense of connection to something greater, and inspiring their cooking and eating going forwards.

My bespoke service can be tailored to your needs and includes:

Menus and dishes that draw on my intuitive cooking philosophy, and are led by local seasonal produce, as well as my huge repertoire of original recipes from my two acclaimed cookbooks. I’ll take care of all menu planning and on-site menu development

  1. Sourcing and transport of ingredients where required

  2. All on-site cooking is served on family-style/sharing platters (depending on the event, venue, and number of guests)

  3. I offer a fully vegetarian service, with a huge range of vegan, grain-free, nut-free, and sugar-free options to suit all tastes and dietary restrictions

  4. In addition, talks on intuitive and mindful cooking, cookery workshops, and private classes can also be arranged to make your retreat or event even more unique and special for your guests.

Being an intuitive chef is about widening the lens when we look at our relationship with food, beyond its nutritional value and its basic purpose to provide us with fuel. My mission is to elevate the mental and spiritual impact our relationship with food and cooking has on our lives to the same level as the physical, and nutritional side. It’s about the importance of honouring mind, body, and soul in our food by reconnecting to the joy of food and cooking.

My food is a true reflection of me and my love of intuitively curated eating. I cook from the heart and soul, tailoring menus, dishes, and the entire experience to you, the environment, and the seasons. Inspired by my heritage and amazing local seasonal producers—intuition-led and mindfully created from a place of love. I don’t believe in good vs. bad foods, diet culture, or restrictive eating. I cook and teach from a perspective of abundance, intuition, and faith—that we can have a fearless, joyful, affirming relationship with food by being empowered to make better decisions, by adding to the breadth and depth of our diet rather than restricting specific foods and by honouring our emotional and spiritual needs rather than suppressing them. When I cook, I offer a unique experience that goes way beyond delicious eating to a place of connection to something much greater.

What is intuitive cooking?

In short, it’s about using things other than strict recipe following when it comes to food: the seasons and environment, your senses, your physical, mental and emotional needs, your memories, and your gut feelings. It’s about having the confidence not to measure but follow your senses. For me, it’s a combination of what I’ve learned from being a chef, eating at my mother’s table, cooking in my grandmother’s kitchen, and having a lifelong love for food, and a strong spiritual and cultural connection to it.
